Short answer
To send multiple videos through email, make them smaller together: Gmail and Yahoo Mail add up everything attached to one email, up to 25 MB, so three 10 MB videos already come to 30 MB. Choose your videos above and the email limit, and the tool will compress multiple videos together, sharing the limit between them by length, so every second gets about the same amount of data and the videos come out at a similar quality. They compress in your browser, nothing is uploaded to a server, and the result says whether all of them fit together. Two videos are free.
How to send multiple videos in one email
-
Choose all the videos for the email
Pick them in one go from your photo library or your files; you can add more later. The page reads each video’s length and size, and nothing is uploaded to a server.
-
Choose the email limit
Pick 25 MB for Gmail, Yahoo Mail and Outlook.com, 20 MB for iCloud Mail and the Outlook app, or 10 MB for strict work email, which counts the encoded message, so the videos together aim for about 7.2 MB. Or type a limit of your own, a smaller one if you will attach other files too.
-
Check the plan
Each video shows its share of the limit and the picture size it will get, and the total is on screen before you start. The longer the video, the bigger its share. A video that is already small gives the rest back.
-
Compress, then attach them all
Press Compress the videos and keep the tab open: they are compressed one after another, each into a new MP4 with no watermark. Download them one by one or with Download all, then attach them to the same email. The result says whether all of them together fit the limit.
How the limit is shared between videos
The limit applies to the whole email, not to each video. Gmail counts the total size of everything attached, 25 MB on a personal account (see how to compress video for Gmail), and Yahoo Mail counts the sum of all attached files in one message, also 25 MB (the Yahoo Mail attachment limit). iCloud Mail and the Outlook app stop at 20 MB, strict work email at 10 MB; every email attachment size limit is on one page. The tool aims a little under the limit and gives each video a share in proportion to its length. The examples are for iPhone videos at 1080p: the first two rows are free, and the rows with 3 and 4 videos need the iPhone app or, on the web, the one-time unlock that is coming soon.
| Videos in the email | Email limit | Share of each video, and its picture |
|---|---|---|
| 2 videos: 30 s and 60 s | 25 MB | About 8 MB and 16 MB, both at 720p |
| 2 videos: 15 s and 30 s | 20 MB | About 6.3 MB and 12.7 MB, both at 720p |
| 3 videos: 20 s, 40 s and 60 s | 25 MB | About 4, 8 and 12 MB, all at 540p |
| 4 videos: 10 s, 15 s, 20 s and 30 s | 25 MB | About 3.2, 4.8, 6.4 and 9.6 MB, all at 720p |
Shares from this tool’s own planner, checked 8 October 2026. They add up to the size the tool aims at: 24 MB for 25 MB, 19 MB for 20 MB.
Questions about sending several videos
How to email multiple videos at once?
Choose all the videos in one go, pick the email limit and press Compress the videos. The tool shares the limit between them and makes one MP4 per video; Download all saves every one. Then attach the files to a single email. Two videos are free.
How to attach multiple videos to an email?
Download the MP4s and attach them to one message like any other files, in Gmail, Yahoo Mail or your mail app. They are made to fit the limit together. If you attach anything else, its size counts toward the same limit, so enter a smaller limit of your own to leave room.
How to email multiple videos from iPhone?
Open this page in Safari on your iPhone, choose the videos from your photo library, pick the limit and compress. Keep the page open: iOS closes pages that use too much memory, so long videos may fail on a phone. Attach the finished MP4s in your mail app. For 3 or more videos, the app section at the end of this page works straight from your library.
What is the best way to send multiple videos via email?
Make them smaller together, in proportion to their length. If every video gets the same size, a short clip wastes room that a long one needs, and the long one looks worse. Sharing the limit by length gives every second about the same data, so the videos look alike. For one video, the video compressor online aims at a single size.
Can I compress multiple videos at once online for free?
Yes, up to 2 videos in one email, with no sign-up. From 3 videos, the app does it on iPhone. On Android or a computer, a one-time unlock is coming soon: pay once, no subscription, no account. Until then, a button in the tool keeps the first 2 videos so the free tool can run.
Is there a batch video compressor online?
For email, yes: this tool compresses several videos in your browser so that together they fit one limit. It is free for 2 videos. For a whole iPhone library, the app section at the end of this page works in large batches on the device.
Will the videos look worse?
Compression always trades some quality for size, and a small share means a smaller picture. For iPhone videos at 1080p and a 25 MB limit, 30 and 60 seconds come out at 720p each; 20, 40 and 60 seconds come out at 540p each. The plan shows each video’s picture size before you start, and your originals are never changed.
Are my videos uploaded when I compress them?
No. Your browser compresses them on your own device and the page sends nothing to a server. The Network tab of your browser’s developer tools shows it.
On iPhone
